Hello! I’m Muhammad Mukimul Ahsan, a Senior Reporter at Channel 24.


I have been working for the last 13 years as a reporter in a renowned television channel and two national dailies. Currently, working as a senior reporter at Channel 24. In my career I have covered numerous issues, such as, democracy, education, human rights, women empowerment, refugee issue, health & environment. In the year 2021 I achieved best Investigative Journalist Award from Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB). In 2020 I Awarded ActionAid Bangladesh Media Fellowship. I received many International level training & Fellowship. As a journalist I trained up in many development organization, such like World Vision, MRDI, TIB, CDD etc.

I had the privilege to cover the National election of India 2019. Also covered the national Election of Bangladeshi on 2018, 2014 and 2008. In the past few years, I have done so many investigative reports. Some of my most influential stories include on NID crisis in Bangladesh, Rohingya NID, gross violation of human right Refuge on Myanmar. I have also made so many special stories. Especially on grassroots development and corruption, higher Education crisis, leaving availability of Dhaka city, democracy good governance, all local government election news.
